Before starting the Blackwell Law Firm in 2016, I spent two decades as a trial attorney with law firms in Birmingham and Huntsville.I founded the Blackwell Law Firm with a focus on client advocacy. My firm is dedicated to seeking the maximum compensation for its injured clients. In an age where many law firms advertise for clients and focus on quick settlements, our approach is different. We prepare every case as if it is going to trial. While most cases eventually settle, preparation and hard work lead to better settlements as well as better trials.We are a plaintiff-only personal injury law firm. Our focus makes the firm better prepared to help injured people. Because of our focus, we understand the concerns and worries faced by people suffering a serious personal injury. We also understand the legal issues involved in personal injury claims.I am actively involved in the American Association for Justice (AAJ) and my local community. I have earned a reputation for advocacy on behalf of my injured clients.
