Although my gut instinct is good, I track metrics daily; the wins/losses through data analysis and use business intelligence to adjust if needed. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, our 4 children and our 4 grandchildren. Janet and I stepped into the role of "Lovie and Papa" to our grand children and cherishing every minute.I believe personal and professional goals are immensely important and one should always be striving to improve, even if it's in small increments.
