• Full Charge Accounting (QuickBooks® Online – Mac) – All functions.o Multiple Entities, cross-company tracking & posting.o Bank Reconciliation, Daily cash flow & month end - multiple accounts, Bank, Credit Card, Loans, leases, and merchant accounts.o Accounts Receivable/Debt collection (Customer records, Invoicing, Sales tax, and income recognition).o Accounts Payable (Vendor Records, Wire, ACH, Bill.com,1099 tracking and reporting).o Standardize transactions including Income and Purchases in Transit, customer deposits, Expenses vs Assets, deferrals and accruals.o Journal entries.o Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash flow reporting, and ad hoc reporting.o Automated entries (Bills, expenses, invoices).o Assets - Identify & Rebuild tracking for loans & leases, depreciation, recapture on sales.• Property management (5 units)o Review leases, Rents, deposits and retention, Common Area Management (CAM) responsibilities, reimbursement ratios and any lease term variations.o Collect and review all bills (Utilities, taxes, misc. vendor e.g. pool, landscape) for integrity, code to property per CAM Responsibility and ratio.o Audit and bill tenant Rent, deposit, and CAM. Received, verified collections, and deposit (manual, e-deposit)o Audit and collect unidentified or missing account/tenant transactions, such as deposits, CAM.o Automated invoicing.• Tax and Government filings: Multiple state, and Federal, including business, sales taxes; payroll, W2, 1099, Schedule C, Individual & Sole Ownership Income taxes, secured and unsecured property taxes.
