Multiple student-facing roles to support the reopening and sustained operations of two public middle schools and a public high school after the Covid shutdown. These roles have included classroom supervision, substitute front desk administrative assistant, and three long-term departmental administrative assistant assignments. My current role includes Covid contact tracing, communication with parents and administrators, as well as general administrative tasks in a middle school health department.

InterPlay is a 30-year old organization that trains individuals, groups and organizations in improvisation techniques to expand their expressive and relational skills. I pursued this opportunity in my career to develop unique leadership skills that I can bring into any work environment as an individual contributor and leader as well as long-term entrepreneurial contracting.*Designed and led 60 public InterPlay class sessions at multiple public institutions in Chicago. *Co-designed and co-led 25 public class sessions with highly skilled facilitators. *Wrote and sent over 150 pieces of educational, marketing, and promotional correspondence. *Created a social media presence for InterPlay in Chicago that led over 700 people to discover InterPlay: www.meetup.com/InterPlayChicago and www.facebook.com/InterPlayChicago *Established an operating local Chicago chapter of InterPlay and managed its finances.

•Managed operations, supervised manpower and provided process support in a High Potency Kilo Lab facility to perform multistep processes of five products, delivering a total of ten batches of APIs to customers for clinical and commercial uses. •Collaborated with chemists, performed scaling calculations and wrote manufacturing directions for two new, multistep processes to produce APIs for clinical use. •Specified and purchased equipment and supplies for new and existing processes and worked with validation personnel to validate the equipment for production.•Modified existing manufacturing directions to complete corrective actions to ensure compliance with GMP regulations within the corporate MOC and CAPA programs. •Participated in conference calls with external customers as the operations and engineering specialist to provide updates and discuss outstanding issues.•Served as the engineering lead in pre-startup Process Hazard Analysis meetings.

•Led a team of pilot plant operators, project engineers and support staff to transfer a commercial manufacturing process between production centers, revised manufacturing directions, and provided process support for re-validating the process per MOC policies. •Demonstrated comparability of a biological-based manufacturing process in the lab, co-designed a viral clearance study, managed the viral clearance study at a third party lab and wrote the final reports that were submitted to CBER for a supplemental filing.
