Original ChopShop Co. ("ChopShop) was the inaugural investment on the Hargett Hunter platform. Founded in 2013, ChopShop is a healthy fast-casual restaurant concept with three locations in greater Phoenix, Arizona. ChopShop features fresh, organic, and local dining options served in a bright, inviting environment across all three day-parts and snacks. The menu is elevated, contemporary fare with an emphasis on healthy offerings which include salads, sandwiches, protein bowls, parfaits, fruit bowls and breakfast options. ChopShop offers a diverse variety of drinks including pressed juices, protein shakes, fresh lemonades and teas.

Bellagreen, Hargett Hunter's second investment, is a premium fast-casual restaurant concept with five current locations in the greater Houston, Texas area. Bellagreen executes primarily in the lunch and dinner dayparts, along with breakfast at its Houston Heights and Woodlands restaurants. The menu provides an elevated take on modern American fare with a wide array of sandwich, salad, pizza and entrée offerings, all priced in the $10-$15 range. Bellagreen offers extensive gluten-free alternatives with a conscientious eye towards the dietary sensitivities and allergy needs of its guests. Its restaurants also offer a unique beer/wine menu featuring organic and biodynamic wines. Bellagreen maintains an eco-friendly focus and a commitment to sustainability and the environment

Responsible for delivering wholesale banking platform and new business development in Global Commercial Bank channel in western North Carolina. Primary focus on capital markets, credit products, treasury solutions, structured trade, leasing, liquidity management, foreign exchange and commodity hedging products

Responsible for delivering corporate finance, capital markets, and traditional middle market banking products to a portfolio of 30+ clients comprised of domestic subsidiaries of foreign-based parent companies.

Managed various internal units’ recruiting initiatives at bank’s largest target schools in Southeastern United States. Responsible for recruiting over 150 college graduates in two academic years. Consulted on re-design of recruiting model resulting in 415 college hires in 1998, a one-year increase of 165.
