Bootstrapped a gluten free food manufacturing business and grew it at 50-100% each year. Responsible for every piece of it. Scaled production from tens of units to 5000+ units/day. Built and trained production team. Sold and marketed to distributors, manufacturers, retailers and retail customers. Projected costs, analyzed margins and financials, prioritized and balanced numerous time sensitive needs, organized logistics, navigated a highly regulated industry.

Designed and implemented performance-based modular curriculum design framework for multiple audiences. Oversaw all technical curriculum design for all enterprise product lines. Implemented virtual instructor led training (vILT) design methodology.
