With over 15 years as a senior healthcare executive, I have successfully led IT, digital, and business strategies in both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations, including roles as CIO at Satellite Healthcare, Seattle Children’s Hospital, and Lawrence General Hospital.As a Chief Information and Digital Officer, I am passionate about delivering strategic initiatives that enhance digitization and technology systems, all while building a robust IT infrastructure that supports health plans and delivery systems and facilitates data sharing across communities. A core focus of my work is creating excellence in IT technology project management, integrated strategic portfolio design, and operational excellence across IT service lines. I also enjoy the challenge of developing advanced IT ecosystems in highly regulated environments, ensuring cybersecurity maturity, and optimizing operating and capital costs to maximize efficiency.In addition to my professional role, I serve as a mentor for Northeastern University's Health Sciences Entrepreneurs, an advisory member for HealthSystemCIO, and a participant in Health IT Leaders for the Alliance of Community Health Plans. My contributions extend to teaching and developing master's programs at Northeastern University, Brandeis University, the University of Washington, and other academic institutions.I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Kansas, a master’s in healthcare informatics from Northeastern University, and a Doctor of Education in Leadership from the University of New England.
