P&L responsibility for a nine building, $60 million dollar portfolio, 5 direct reports and 15 contracted service providers.Responsible for staff supervision and development, achieving portfolio financial objectives and the implementation of all operational activities. Positioned properties for marketing, developed the marketing collateral for the company, negotiated new and renewal property leases and conducted the design, pricing and implementation of all capital projects.

P&L responsibility for a $150 million asset located at 595 Market Street in San Francisco, CA. This building is a Class A, 450,000 square foot, 31 story, mixed use office and retail project.

P&L Responsibility for the company’s highest profile assets, Lake Merritt Plaza, a two building, 550,000 square foot, 27 story, Class A office and retail complex located on the shores of Lake Merritt in downtown Oakland, CA.

Responsible for the day to day operations of Hayward Business Park, an 800,000 square foot light industrial business park in Hayward, CA and The Dublin Place Shopping Center, Dublin, CA, a 350,000 square foot shopping center anchored by Target and Montgomery Wards. Following Transpacific’s disposition of the Hayward Business Park to AMB Property Corporation, I was promoted to Property Manager of Lake Merritt Plaza.
