The Aspiring Youth Academy (AYA) was formed under my leadership by the Active 20-30 Club of Phoenix to teach entrepreneurship and leadership skills to Arizona underprivileged youth in 2016. Now an independent 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, AYA continues it's mission and to date has served over 1000 Arizona kids. The AZ Board of Osteopathic Examiners licenses and regulates over 3,000 doctors of osteopathic medicine (D.O.). In addition, the Board regulates approximately 400 osteopathic interns and residents receiving post-graduate training in Arizona hospitals and clinics. A doctor of osteopathic medicine is a fully trained and licensed doctor who has attended and graduated from a U.S. osteopathic medical school. The mission of the Board is to protect the public by setting educational and training standards for licensure, and by reviewing complaints made against osteopathic physicians, interns, and residents to ensure that their conduct meets the standards of the profession, as defined in law (A.R.S. § 32-1854).

The Public Safety Personnel Retirement System (PSPRS) is the retirement and disability plan for all Arizona Public Safety employees. The PSPRS Police and Fire Scottsdale Local Boards are responsible for deciding all questions of eligibility and service credits, and determining the amount, manner and time of payment of any benefits under the PSPRS for the City of Scottsdale's First Responders. I had a break in board service from January 2014 - October 2015. Prior to January 2014, I served as the Citizen Member.

The Squadron operates the Block 20 F-16A/B for the Republic of China Air Force, under a three-year pilot training program called 'Peace Fenghuang'.The purpose of the Honorary Commander program is two-fold: It allows community participants to understand the importance of the Luke, Air Force and Defense Department military missions, and it allows military commanders and their units to learn more about the community in which they live. Luke commanders and personnel benefit through increased association with the community and its leaders.
