My responsibility is to insure that production assembly is actively supported to meet daily customer demand and production schedule as directed by the Production Supervisor. I provide training to the assembly team and ensues safety and quality standards are maintained at all times. I may also assemble products by using a variety of hand tools, fixtures, work instructions and test equipment to perform a series of operations to correctly assemble/test optical systems.I'm open to opportunities.

  • Coordinate and/or perform employee training to ensure that procedures are followed.• Ensure documented policies and procedures as designated by the company’s quality system are followed by the assembly team.• Report problems or concerns with quality, processes, equipment, materials and labor to Production Supervisor.• Work closely with other teams in the company including but not limited to Manufacturing Engineering, Production Supervision, and Shipping & Receiving.• Provide support and assign daily tasks based Supervision/ Management’s production schedule in the supervisor’s absence.• Assist production staff in the review of optics to quality standards in the supervisor’s absence, review with quality inspection or engineering as necessary.• Identify and support continuous improvement efforts with Production Supervisor and Engineering.• Assist the team in maintaining a clean and organized work area.• Update production metrics as directed by Supervisor.• Perform other tasks as assigned.( I'm open to opportunities connect with me)
