On a daily basis, executives rely on me to succinctly present complex contractual business decisions for consideration, leveraging an ability to perceive and implement company strategy — and articulate those same key points in either the negotiated terms of our contracts/subcontracts, or in proposals for new business. I provide analysis and contractual guidance to roughly 25 members of the Government Solutions management team.In addition to the continuous administration of over $500M in collective contract awards, I maintain independent responsibility for the drafting and negotiation, on average, of 40 business-to-business agreements at any given time (over 2,000 NDAs, TAs, SubKs, Reseller, Consultant, and other agreements for Black Box, cumulatively), with focus on Teaming Agreements with strategic partners for new federal contract bids. In this gatekeeper capacity, I provide healthy skepticism before significant investment occurs.SME in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), DFAR, DEAR concurrently supporting several sales and capture initiatives, travel to maintain strong relationships with high value customers, contracting offices and commercial partners, plus contractual oversight of assigned field projects, companywide customer satisfaction via CPARS process, and ongoing analysis and achievement of small business subcontracting goals.

As Capture Manager, I led Black Box's successful pursuit of over $40M in new contract task orders, plus a 5-year prime seat on a new Navy IDIQ contract, coordinating the organization's collective resources across multiple divisions and in multiple locations to consistently deliver a customer-focused message, competitive pricing, and a wholly-compliant proposal.

At headquarters of the world's largest paper and packaging company (#97 on the 2009 Fortune 500), I supported a C-level executive with responsibility for over $6 billion in annual revenue. Facilitated "top-to-top" sales and procurement negotiations between officers and executives of the world's largest multinational corporations. Organized and executed complex offsite training and teambuilding events for hundreds of executives and managers.

At this mechanical engineering and HVAC service company, I managed payroll for 50 employees and billing of 350+ invoices weekly, along with the associated contracting (multi-year agreements for quarterly PMIs or custom maintenance), plus IT systems integration, and monthly P&L review with leadership.

Beginning in direct sales, I later became the seniormost technical representative at one of Sprint's corporate-owned retail stores, with responsibility for a $4 million inventory and over 400 in-house service and repair tickets monthly.
