• Logistics Officer: Primary staff officer with a 5-person department responsible for logistical plans, acquisition and records processes, budgetary planning and accounting and maintenance status reporting for 480 personnel, 89 vehicles, 35 helicopters, $3.2MM budget and $48MM in equipment and parts. Commendable ratings by Army level inspection.• Operations Officer: Led the combat Tactical Operations Center for an Apache Squadron during Operation Desert Storm. As an injected and junior officer, earned credibility to conduct a transformational change in their processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.• Program Manager: Airspace Management Officer: Managed all military Search & Rescue in 5 state region and $4 million budget supporting flight hours, parts and maintenance across 5 organizations.• Personnel Officer: Squadron Adjutant responsible for all personnel actions for 275-man Cavalry Squadron. Managed a 17 person staff section supervising all performance ratings, awards, compensation, personnel placement, medical, benefits, administration and communication systems. • Company Commander: Most autonomous leadership role in the Army. Fully responsible for all aspects of care, planning, training and support for 49 people, 15 helicopters and $3.8 million in equipment. Met the difficult leadership challenge of downsizing the company with successful accountability of all property, transition planning for all personnel and sustainment of high morale. Presented the Meritorious Service Medal for my efforts.• Cavalry Platoon Leader: Supervisor and mentor to 8 warrant officers, 4 non-commissioned officers, 8 soldiers. Aeroscout Pilot with Pilot-in-Command ratings under day, night and night vision goggles conditions.
