Responsible for bidding, scheduling, buying, financial performance, hiring, training, and all other responsibilities associated with operation of a five technician shop. Developed department from start-up to serving over 60 customer accounts in addition to serving Orchard Property Management. Performed service within the Orchard portfolio and directly with customers in the open marketplace.
