Managed the successful configuration, customization, deployment, integration and maintenance of server components used by over 5 million mobile users worldwide. * Reduced operating costs by over 50% while achieving all customer commitments by streamlining inefficient processes, eliminating marginal personnel, and ensuring focus on high priority activities* Transformed workflow processes across multiple organizations within the company, resulting in better company-wide access to important information and elimination of redundant tools* Successfully trained and transitioned product delivery responsibilities for major OEM customer while generating over $4 million in PS revenue

Managed OEM integration engineering and device certification teams to ensure successful integration of the CarrierIQ software solution onto over 80 mobile device models from ten different OEMs. Devices included feature phones, smart phones, and data cards.* Achieved corporate objective to reduce integration costs by 65% and improve data collection quality from below 50% to over 90%, leading to a scalable organization and sales in excess of $20M.* Worked extensively with Tier I operator to establish specifications, requirements, test plans, and process for embedding the CarrierIQ software onto their shipping devices, resulting in successful integration on over 40M commercial devices with no adverse user impacts or launch delays.

Established a team of program managers and integration engineers responsible for managing customer integration projects using Openwave’s leading edge client software product. Prime technical leadership and point-of-contact to multiple handset manufacturers through critical software integration lifecycles. * Prevented a critical account from being cancelled by actively managing daily activities and customer interactions. Successfully addressed over 800 product issues in 10 weeks, removing Openwave from the critical path, ensured the successful handset launch, and significantly improved customer satisfaction. Received one of only two annual “Above and Beyond” cash awards in the company.
