Hired by Boeing to continue operations for a machine shop that was going out of business. Our scrappy recovery team was responsible for keeping the business afloat and delivering Boeing's orders through 2020 in four months or less to avoid work stoppages at Boeing. My scope included managing all Boeing demand, including planning, and assisting with any demand or capacity issues. Due to the dynamic nature of this unique situation, I was constantly interfacing with a variety of Boeing locations, Supply Chain Analysts and Procurement Agents who were trying to support their programs. I also utilized various Boeing vendor systems for information exchange and shipping purposes.
