Founded a technology consulting agency that was a partner in software development and project management with Accenture, IBM and ACS. Customers included the Texas Workforce Commission, Health and Human Services and the Internal Revenue Service.

Full stack / Java developer responsible for all the front end UI development on our projects. Duration Software served state and local government agencies (TWC, HHSC, TXDOT, etc) as an outsourced software vendor. I built the first automated contract management system for the state of Texas (TWC) where I did the UI, business logic and data modeling for the project. Was later hired as a contractor by Health and Human Services (HHSC) to implement the same system for their agency.
