I am a recent marketing graduate and I am currently using the strategies and skills I learned throughout my time at the University of Florida. I have a background in the customer service industry through working at Chick-fil-A, where I worked face-to-face with hundreds of customers each day. This experience has helped me to develop my interpersonal skills and has helped me to maintain strong relationships with my friends, family, and my other coworkers. I also completed a summer internship at the Tarpon Springs Aquarium, a business near my hometown. During this internship, I was able to get a feel for how the aquarium was run, and I was one of the stronger representations of the aquarium's mission to the customers. I worked with guests each day and helped educate them about the aquarium's history and its current members, and helped promote the aquarium's mission of conservation. I currently work to help ensure the logistics of sales made at Cruiseline.com, which has a partner application, Shipmate. I coordinate the weekly emails that go out to the site's 700,000+ subscribers, and I ensure that any changes made through pricing are reflected to our partners. I am also managing the social media presence of Jack Joyner Heating and Air Conditioning Company, a family-run HVAC business in Clearwater, Florida. I am working to establish a stronger online presence for Jack Joyner AC to help grow the customer base in the area. Video gaming is something that really interests me, from simply playing the games to watching organized esports events. From playing video games, I have learned the importance of strategy and sticking to the plan, but I have also learned the importance of adapting to many situations in appropriate ways.With my customer service background, my passion for excitement, and my adaptability, I am looking to grow the skills I have and develop new skills in the process.
