Loyalty Ventures spun out from Alliance Data Systems on November 5, 2021.In my role, I managed the Accounting, Financial Reporting, FP&A, IT, Tax, Treasury and IR functions, while serving as a trusted advisor and partner to the CEO. The finance organization worked collaboratively with the CEO and the leadership team to establish and influence the operating aspects and organizational culture of the business, while inspiring colleagues to master the connections between their work and the P&L.

From 2015 to 2021, I served as the Senior Vice President & Treasurer of Alliance Data Systems, a publicly-traded, Fortune 500 company with $5.7 billion in revenue and $2.0 billion in EBITDA. I had direct responsibility for Treasury, Risk Management, Corporate Development, Portfolio Acquisitions, Portfolio Pricing, Real Estate and Long-Range Planning. I managed the Company’s liquidity and capital structure at both the holding company level as well as at the segment levels, while also managing risk exposures through a comprehensive global insurance program. In addition, I oversaw the strategic M&A function as well as the commercial-finance functions of contract pricing and card portfolio acquisitions. Our team also built and maintained the long-range forecasts that underpinned the company's strategic plan. I also developed relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including banks, investors and rating agencies. During the pandemic of 2020, I presented liquidity and cash flow updates directly to the Board of Directors on a daily and weekly basis, and during 2021 I helped execute the spinout of Loyalty Ventures from ADS.Our 80-person team worked across functions and borders to deliver seamless solutions and create strong foundations to deliver on strategic goals.

Responsible for leading ADS' corporate development activities, including mergers and acquisitions and strategic planning, and supporting the Company's treasury activities, including capital market and foreign exchange transactions, insurance, and cash management. Executed over $4 billion of business acquisitions with representative transactions including Aspen (2011), HMI and Advecor (2012), BrandLoyalty (2013) and Conversant (2014).

After joining Anheuser-Busch as part of its annual four-person Executive Development Program, I transitioned into the Business Development group which managed A-B’s portfolio of craft and import beers (Goose Island, Stella Artois, Beck’s Bass, Kirin and Tiger, among others). My team implemented the A-B/InBev importation agreement by leading a cross functional Import Integration Team comprised of executives from Legal, Logistics, Pricing, IT, Marketing and Wholesaler Services. We developed KPI’s to measure the business’ progress, and established a rigorous reporting schedule that included regular updates to A-B senior executives on the business’ strategy and financial performance. We grew revenue and earnings each year from 2005 to 2008.
