As soon as he joined the team, his fresh perspective and originality stood out in every new design he generated. But what has really impressed me most about Jeff is his capacity for both collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that their visions are fully realized, in addition to synching with developers to ensure that those designs are technically feasible as well. That practice of returning to the drawing board (literally) to adjust and adapt an original design requires the utmost patience and humility, of which Jeff seems to have boundless reserves. On top of being an integral member of the Modernize development process, Jeff is simply a treat to be around. Thoughtful, clever, and quirky, he has even volunteered his design efforts to fun side projects such as gifts for fellow employees.
