- Administration of the travel agent licensing regime.- Enforce compliance of legislation for consumer protection.- Account management for approximately 300 travel agents.

- Oversaw the extensive race circuit infrastructure preparations and setup, with close coordination with key partners: Singapore GP, government agencies and contractors.- Project, facilities and operations management for F1 Pit Building and Storage Warehouse, in asset enhancement and maintenance.- Oversaw rental of F1 Pit Building to external event organizers and facilitation of their event preparations and operations. Notable events include the Trump-Kim Summit’s International Media Center, National Day Parade (logistics base) and Chingay Parade.- Manage all land use related issues including securing all land around the circuit required to host the event and coordination with surrounding stakeholders.

- Oversaw development control for Bukit Timah & Geylang planning areas.- Grant approvals for land development applications in accordance to Land Use Master Plan and regulations. Work closely with developers and building professionals to review their plans.- Managed key organizational IT projects involving technologies such as GIS and BIM as part of organization’s efforts in business transformation.
