Prior to joining CraveLabs Jeff practiced law in Boston and his practice included representation of numerous technology companies and deal work as counsel and strategy consultant to management teams, venture capital firms, underwriters and boards of directors in M&A, capital markets, licensing and other general corporate transactions. Jeff has also represented several non-profit organizations, including the Codman Academy in Dorchester, MA, and has served on the boards of Boston Musica Viva and St. Paul Parish, Cambridge, MA. A graduate of Notre Dame Law School, cum laude, and Boston College, magna cum laude (Philosophy and History) Jeff also matriculated at Mansfield College, Oxford University during his junior year where he read Philosophy and History. While in law school Jeff was a boxer on the Notre Dame Bengal Bouts Boxing Team, ran the Rome Marathon and worked in the U.S. Embassy in London for the Department of Justice Civil Division.
