• As the Director of Financial Aid, champion a vision and mission for the Financial Aid Office and work across the college to develop and build relationships to enhance communication and collaboration in support of the.
• Direct the district wide administration of student financial aid, including regulatory compliance, policy and procedure development, staff training, Federal Title IV and State fund procurement, delivering student.
• As a member of Middle Leadership, portray a broad institutional perspective that supports the College’s mission, vision, and goals while fostering and creating an environment that strives to anticipate and meet.
• Supervise and evaluate financial aid staff, including hiring, training, evaluating, developing and recommending personnel actions in accordance with college policies, procedures and contractual agreements.
• Provide leadership in the development of an annual action plan that supports the goals of the college as they relate to financial aid.
• Support and actively participate in the college’s major initiatives for process improvement in the financial aid area; providing regular reports, analysis of data, and make recommendations for improvements.
