* Led 65-man Engineering Department through a 6-month at-sea deployment followed by a 26-month $50 million shipyard overhaul, including major component replacements in contaminated piping systems and complete upgrade of reactor instrumentation and control system.* Supervised planning, training, and execution of and full post-overhaul power plant testing..

Researched and developed off-the-shelf and modified-COTS operational "tools" for Navy SEALs. Also provided some field training and deployed technical support.

* Division Officer - lead teams of 5-15 technical specialists in submarine operations and maintenance. Included all aspects of training, personnel, operations, maintenance, and logistics.* First-line supervisor for engineering operations and maintenance during 9 months of at-sea operation.* Daily on-watch supervisor during 10-month shipyard decommissioning.
