Generated and matured prospects in Gulf of Mexico. Recommended with technical team several prospects which resulted in discoveries and yielded a 50% success rate for the company. As a team, we made 5 discoveries in the deepwater Gulf of Mexico between 2012-2014. Three of the discoveries moved towards appraisal and development.
