Jeff provides independent technical research, analysis and design services specializing in training and performance systems in the aerospace and defense industry. He helps Department of Defense and Federal Government clients integrate industry data standards with the right technology and software through unbiased, ground truth consulting practices. His combined expertise in data systems modeling, information science, and human performance systems engineering results in scalable data management architectures for sustainable workforce training systems and improved organizational readiness.Jeff's current and past experience spans a variety of US Navy programs, including Aegis, SSDS, FFG, LCS, BMD, Virginia Class submarines, F-16, F-35, MQ-8 Fire Scout, and MH-60 Seahawk. He is an active consultant dedicated to supporting the US Navy on initiatives enabling Sailor 2025, Ready Relevant Learning (RRL), and the Surface Training Advanced Virtual Environment (STAVE). He also has past experience with US Army programs and systems, including the M1 Abrams, Talon Robot, CENTAUR and THAAD. Jeff is a technical representative for the US Navy within the Integrated Product Support (IPS) Defense Interest Group, which is the international interests body recognized by NATO for allied military organizations using the S-Series standards. Jeff and his colleagues at mobiWebcom also actively contribute to the development, implementation and testing of the S6000T data model and processes.
