I am the Eastern Region Manager, for Schréder Lighting LLC based in Addison, IL, which is a member of the Schréder Group. Managed and coached a diverse team of nine technical sales engineers; two with twenty five plus years of industry experience to two with less that one year of industry experience. CCAT was a group of entrepreneurial individuals with construction equipment and turf industry experience. We were hand picked to start a division within Patten Industries, focusing on the specialty trades and green (turf) industry segments. My responsibilities within our team included researching and negotiating contracts with the top attachment and turf vendors. The goal of CCAT was to grow Caterpillar Compact Construction Equipment market share in targeted approach to take a third of the market. We accomplished goal in 2.5 years.

Part of initial team that launched New Holland Construction branded equipment into North America. Responsible for the configuration, pricing, marketing, training and promotion of four major products produced by New Holland Construction. Worked in concert with multiple engineering groups and manufacturing facilities located in Europe and United States.
