Oversee all aspects of production, manufacturing and distribution of a $500k privately-owned family fluorescent display lighting fixture business.Participate in the development of new lighting fixturesResponsible for negotiating the purchase of commodities such as extrusion, ballasts, lamps and parts to meet the corporate inventory requirements.Responsible for scheduling labor production requirements, customer service and purchasing.Establish and maintain positive working relationships with suppliers, customers and employees to ensure a productive working environmentMonitor customer receivables, accounts payable and payroll.
