Responsible for managing the advertising operations team and analytics offerings at Mason Digital. Focused on efficient and effective deployment of digital marketing campaigns, developing and automating processes and providing training and guidance to team members so we can successfully achieve our partners goals and objectives.TACTICAL IMPLEMENTATIONExecute strategic objectives across a number of platforms and tactics including- Google Ads- Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and other social channels- CTV and online video across programmatic networks, Hulu, YouTube, etc.- Streaming audio including Spotify, podcasts, in-app and online radio- Programmatic displayTRACKINGSuccessful implementation of advanced tracking strategies across web, mobile application, AppleTV and other devices.- Google Tag Manager- Google Analytics- Wordpress and other CMS platforms- Third-party tracking platforms (typically javascript based)- Building solutions to harness first-party data for targeting and trackingANALYTICSAdvanced data analysis and visualization using various skills and tools.- SQL and Python programming- Cloud-based data ingest and transformation using API's and various database tools such as BigQuery- Data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power PI, advanced use of Excel and BigQuery/Google Cloud to build out custom data visualization applicationsTEAM MANAGEMENT & TRAINING- Supervise ad operations team providing training, mentorship and guidanceINTERNAL PROCESSES- Work closely with finance and leadership teams to develop business processes and oversight for invoice reconciliation and various aspects of compliance.
