This involved researching technical changes in requirements, collaborating with UX for new designs, engaging with customers to address their needs, and adhering to a strict timeline aligned with the new PCI standard release.A major highlight of my tenure was the development and launch of a new online sales channel, which brought in an impressive $2.5 million in its first year. I also developed a strategic roadmap for our PCI product, guiding small businesses through the complex changes in the PCI DSS standard while significantly reducing complaints to our partner banks.Additionally, I successfully launched a white-labeled antivirus software product that generated $450,000 in its first year. My role involved leading cross-functional teams—including developers, UX designers, marketing, sales, and support—to ensure our product development efforts met both user needs and business goals.
