In a world where cyber threats are constantly changing and adapting, I work on a product that significantly reduces the response time for security teams to respond to security incidents through automated and streamlined responses across the various security technologies of my customers.

As the central Product Manager over the flagship product at SecurityMetrics, generating $10 million in annual revenue, I successfully directed the complete re-tooling of our solution to help small businesses achieve PCI compliance as we transitioned from version 3.2.1 to 4.0. This involved researching technical changes in requirements, collaborating with UX for new designs, engaging with customers to address their needs, and adhering to a strict timeline aligned with the new PCI standard release.A major highlight of my tenure was the development and launch of a new online sales channel, which brought in an impressive $2.5 million in its first year. I also developed a strategic roadmap for our PCI product, guiding small businesses through the complex changes in the PCI DSS standard while significantly reducing complaints to our partner banks.Additionally, I successfully launched a white-labeled antivirus software product that generated $450,000 in its first year. My role involved leading cross-functional teams—including developers, UX designers, marketing, sales, and support—to ensure our product development efforts met both user needs and business goals.

My summer internship began by diving headfirst into researching ~50 possible partnerships that could enhance Weave's customer experience. This research led me to a product concept that I conceptualized, validated, and proposed to the product leadership that had a TAM of $105M.

As the only design engineer at Landscape Products, I wore all of the hats for product development from research, CAD design, prototyping, and testing, all the way through the end of the process including working with a tooling shop and manufacturing to make the products I worked on come to life.
