About Jeff Compton

Building and creating is at my core. I have always been amazed with how technology and innovation can solve problems and reduce pain points. This is why I love product management, building and creating while being at the intersection of the customer, product development, and company strategy.A little bit about me:I began my career as a design engineer at Ewing, where I was given a large amount of responsibility to carry products through the entire process of product development. From customer interviews through design, testing, validation, and product launch, my role as design engineer shifted from engineering into product management. Throughout my time at Ewing I successfully built 19 different products. As my career at Ewing progressed I felt myself increasingly drawn to product management and recognized that gaining business acumen would improve my abilities as a product manager. I decided to earn a MBA from BYU where I have been refining my business skills. My objective after business school is to leverage my strong technical background combined with business acumen as a product manager.
