Jeff is President & CEO of Schneider Geospatial, an industry-leading GovTech firm providing innovative solutions to help organizations get the most from their limited resources with creative product solutions such as Beacon™/qPublic.net™ (cloud-based citizen engagement and information portals), GeoPermits™ (cloud-based permitting and work flow management), IDAM™ (cloud-based solution assessing disaster damage), SimpliCITY™ (cloud-based asset management), Spatialest (geospatial data modeling for property appraisal), and Agland™ (agricultural land valuation) to name a few. In addition to helping with the Company's organic growth, Jeff led the 2005 acquisition of ProMap Corporation, the 2014 acquisition of qPublic, the 2020 acquisition of Elevate, the 2021 acquisition of AccuGlobe, the 2023 acquisitions of WebGuide Extreme, PeopleGIS, and Spatialest, and the 2024 acquisition of System Development Group (SDG), that expanded Schneider’s geographic and vertical markets. In 2018, he helped spin off the business into a separate, stand alone company. In 2022 Jeff led the effort resulting in a significant growth investment and recapitalization of the Company; recognizing an increase in Company value of over 200x and creating an exit and rollover investment opportunity for original investors as well as new capital investment from a private equity firm. Prior to his current role(s), Jeff led various departments and divisions of The Schneider Corporation, a leading Engineering & Survey company that Schneider Geospatial spun off from. A market leader, Schneider Geospatial works with more than 20% of the county governments in the US in addition to hundreds of municipalities and commercial organizations. In a 3rd party National Customer Satisfaction survey Schneider was rated "exceptional" or "one of the best" by virtually all respondents for reputation, customer service, product & service quality, & project execution.

As Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the firm, Jeff was responsible for the daily operations and strategic direction of the company. As Principal, Jeff served on the Board of Directors and as Corporate Treasurer. He helped grow the company over 700% in five years, and introduced new product lines and geographic diversification to spur growth and stability.Led business development, marketing, project management, client support, and production teams. Served as Project Manager or key client Account Manager for over 60 successful projects in multiple Midwest states.Introduced key business partnerships that led to additional revenue and profitability, as well as the eventual successful sale of the firm.
