Strategic Leadership and Impact• Under Jeff’s leadership the YMCA of Greater Seattle's (YGS) increased shelter and transitional housing capacity and services by constructing 2 new facilities, adding over 130 units funded by local, state and private revenue (+$6 million). Completed in 18 months.• More than doubled budget and number of youth and young adults impacted by YGS social services (2017 -2022).Collaborative Initiatives• Secured multiple contracts for YGS to direct bill state Medicaid and Medicare and major private insurance providers that reimbursed chronic disease, prevention and intervention services, crisis response and behavioral health programing, generating + $2 million annually. • Led the YGS effort to acquire a local community-based service organization, in South King County with a $7M+ budget, stabilizing and sustaining services for +1500 community members.• Partnered with Youth Villages (a children's services agency in Memphis, TN) to provide evidence-based intensive services for young adults re-entering the community from the Juvenile Justice system and aging out of Foster Care in King County. Secured funding to ensure sustainability and fidelity of the program.Budget and Financial Management• Managed and achieved all operational targets for the $100M+ annual budget for YGS.• Successful experience in large fund development campaigns (including capital) by fostering relationships and building key partnerships with private donors, corporations and philanthropic foundations. • Expertise in maximizing revenue from diverse and blended private and government funding sources and managing complex budgeting.• Negotiated and secured two multi-year state contracts ($27M+ and $65M+) to start up and operate two community-based organizations providing foster care and related services in Central Florida and Tampa Bay.
