Current• Drive the performance and value of enterprise-wide data resources as the Technical Lead tasked with executing daily ETL and integration processes, ensuring optimal support for finance, supply chain, marketing, data science, accounting, and executive leadership teams.• Leverage a robust technology stack consisting of dbt, Airbyte, AWS Redshift, RDS, Lambda, DMS, and Google Cloud Platform for support delivery, maintaining a strategic focus on quality and efficiency. • Foster and develop a culture of data excellence by leveraging expertise to mentor and support data consumers in executing best practices and maximizing the value of enterprise data, including facilitating formal trainings on various reporting tools and focused training sessions on specific products and datasets.• Ensure data integrity and quality while architecting and developing the AWS Parquet/Iceberg-based data lake consisting of both relational and non-relational sources.• Enable deeper insights into marketing performance and results by leveraging Segment to create and implement a marketing customer data platform with the ability to develop and manage application and website data tracking plans, build and manage digital advertising campaign audiences, reverse ETL for activation in marketing platforms (Meta, Google Ads, Iterable, etc.), and produce unique customer traits from data warehouse.KEY PROJECTS AND ACHIEVEMENTS• Charted the successful creation, deployment, and ongoing management of the AWS Redshift data warehouse, dbt transformation layer, and Metabase reporting environment, including crafting well-structured and highly efficient architecture, to support enterprise-wide operations.• Played a key role in advancing the goals and objectives of the data organization by crafting and launching a comprehensive 12/24/26-month data strategy and accompanying roadmaps for master data and governance; identified and address data needs and gaps by performing initial maturity assessments.
