Led committee in the selection of a corporate wiki, negotiated with vendor, and administered implementation. ♦ Google wanted to replace their third party sales tracking system. Supervised the out-going application, managed change, and the transition to the new application. ♦ Applications to Google’s philanthropy division were tracked manually. Led project to gain consensus on the process, define application requirements, and deliver request tracking system. Reduced hours spent tracking requests and improved review turn-around time.
