In 2006, I also ran the pre-opening real estate sales office, as well as regionally managed Viceroy Palm Springs. In 2009, opened and stabilized Viceroy (Aspen) Snowmass, a $200 million dollar LEED Gold property for the Related Group, before returning to finalize the grand opening of Viceroy Anguilla in 2010. During my tenure, I also project managed the opening of the Tides Hotel in South Beach Miami. Recipient of the Hotelier of the Year Award in 2012.
