Plan and lead the development of full-stack product initiatives for the Daily Fantasy Sports platform. Manage and mentor junior and senior engineers on various teams across the organization. Innovate by leading initiatives to increase developer efficiency and time to market through various platform improvements and process changes. Developed the front-end of multiple e-commerce web and mobile experiences on the hybris and Magento platforms. Consulted on multiple projects and provided solutions to complex visual designs and user interfaces while keeping inline with the various platforms and technologies used. Organized and led multiple internal initiatives for front-end developer training and hackathons.

Plan practices and coach a junior girls volleyball team through the club season. Travel to tournaments across the Northeast and represent the Andover Pumas within different volleyball club regions. Instruct the team in the sport of volleyball and provide guidance in each skill and team dynamics.

Responsible for the overall smooth operation of the residence hall over the course of two years. Connected with the Resident Assistant staff and was a resource to them in their personal, social and intellectual growth. Oversaw and organized programming efforts to ensure they meet the needs of residents. I also assisted in the selection, and evaluation of future and current Resident Assistants and received extensive training in crisis response each year.

Was responsible for the smooth operations of general resident hall floor activities. Ran programs a few times a year in order to engage the residents and ensure a cohesive residence hall throughout the academic year.

Assisted with the events and activities held for the Rensselaer Student Orientation and the Navigating Rensselaer and Beyond program. Helped welcome first year students to campus and become a resource for new students and parents throughout the program.
