With over 30 years of experience as a CPA and a CFO, I have a proven record of financing, mergers and acquisitions, and overall administration for technology companies, specializing in enterprise software and SaaS companies. I have successfully worked with institutional investors, both venture capital and private equity, and transitioned companies from private to public ownership, as well as private exits. I have also led and managed finance and accounting teams across start-up, private and publicly held organizations, and large multinational corporations. I enjoy working with entrepreneurs as well as institutional investors in building successful enterprises that can scale rapidly and in dynamic environments. In my past roles I have been responsible for developing strategic and business initiatives, partnerships, systems, and policies to facilitate growth, while overseeing the legal and financial functions of the company. I enable and implement innovative and agile solutions that deliver value and results for customers, employees, partners, and stakeholders. I have a master’s degree in professional accounting-Tax from the University of Washington, as well as an MBA and bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota.
