Lead the global and multi-site capital markets team responsible for developing and executing company’s global capital structure / funding strategy. Oversaw and mentored global Treasury teams responsible for development and implementation of all market-level forecasts and financing plans including identifying, negotiating and closing external financing agreements. Assessed and recommended improvements to the multi-tiered, global capital structure to reduce risk and improve liquidity. Responsible for maintaining all valuations for operating entities used by Corporate Development in M&A negotiations. Assist in the management of investment bank, debt and equity investors, investment managers and rating agency relationships.

Worked closely with the global Treasury teams to maximize liquidity across the corporate entity structure including the development of global cash repatriation strategies. Authored all tax financial models including cash flow projections and tax asset valuations. Oversaw twelve professionals in local tax teams in Argentina, Peru and Brazil to ensure compliance with all US GAAP & tax reporting requirements.

Worked in close collaboration with the partner to improve penetration and tax service delivery in more than seven client accounts. Served as project manager to as many as three professionals depending on the size of the engagement. Drove continuing improvement in key aspects of client management including client relations and product/service sales as well as in budgeting, billing and collections.
