CurrentIn the leadership role of Senior Client Director, I engage with Michael Dell and the senior executive team to contribute to strategy and goals alignment. I designed, and am responsible for executing, a long-term strategic plan focused on innovation and transformation. I also continue to spearhead the global relationship with Dell’s largest and most strategic corporate customer - a multibillion-dollar business. This includes overseeing a dedicated 2,500-member direct/indirect team across technology, sales, program management, project management, service delivery, and partners & channel ecosystem, collaborating within a matrix environment. ◉ Delivered significant revenue growth for overall global business, including product, software, and services portfolios as well as fueled hypergrowth of VMware and RSA portfolios by driving strategic transformation plans.◉ Catapulted market share growth for hybrid cloud, storage, server, network, services, software, and end user/client portfolios.◉ Negotiated unprecedented contracts such as $1.4B technology, cloud, & data center (2020). ◉ Expanded service offerings by launching Environment, Social, & Governance (ESG) solutions, coaching clients to advance corporate social responsibility. Leader for company’s inaugural Sustainability Board.◉ Cemented 34+ strategic alliances/partnerships, GSIs, hyperscalers, and OEMs into customer’s ecosystem.◉ Achieved NPS Executive scores above 90% by consistently ensuring customer and employee satisfaction. ◉ Cultivated a global team, growing from 300 to 2,500.
