I ensured the development of centralized document collaboration, teleconferencing, and video-conferencing solutions for corporate WAN/LAN through Unified Communications strategy. I coordinated and supported all telecommunications related functions, including all moves/adds/changes, Nortel Option 11 PBX switch management and call accounting.
