Held full P&L accountability overseeing $34M budget, 10 managers, 300 employees in radio and interactive divisions, and 5 corporate staff. Traveled to markets minimum of 40 weeks each year. *Exceeded industry peers in revenue by 120 and 600 basis points in 2008 and 2009, respectively despite economic downturn.*Created and launched Interactive Division that generated 5% of Division revenue in its third year and 7.5% of its EBITDA.*Increased advertiser base by 12% in 18 months.*Reduced dvision's operating costs by $3.2M (10%) in 2007, 2008, and 2009.

Directed business development, operations, and inventory management efforts for two Iowa markets, Quad Cities and Waterloo.*Generated $7.2M in annual revenue.*Improved sales force retention, while enhancing performance.

Directed all operations, including business development, ratings improvement, and license protection, for one of New York City's and nation's most recognized stations.*Turned around radio station in just 12 months by making major programming personnel changes, including moving Elvis Duran to the morning drive position.
