I provide technical support and assistance in managing IT infrastructure; configure server hardware; and implement, monitor and upgrade network and system hardware and software, including active directory and cloud-based virtualization systems. I also maintain operating systems to detect and resolve system outages and technical issues; and administer Veeam backup system, system center orchestrator environment, system center operations manager, as well as all Windows server 2003 through Windows 2019, Office 365 environment, Azure active directory Azure Monitor, Azure VMs. Key contributions include:● Implementing a system center orchestrator automation system. ● Tuning the system center operations manager, which eliminated false positive reporting on findings.

I provided technical support for server and operating systems environments; operated and maintained large-scale computer systems; and led all systems migration projects. Key contributions include: ● Migrating all school desktops and laptops to Office 365 and Windows 10. ● Implementing SCCM to support software and operating systems deployment for 1,000 desktops. ● Migrating Email from on-prem to Office 365.

I directed all aspects of the IT department and managed an annual $1.2M budget, including the preparation of financial budgets and performance reports. I also developed reporting capabilities and evaluated IT projects to ensure all stages aligned with organizational objectives. Additionally, I managed procurement of IT equipment and software; and oversaw all IT operations while maintaining and updating an IT roadmap, for which I conducted system audits on existing technology. Key contributions include: ● Reducing overall annual costs by $42K by implementing innovating technology solutions. ● Leading campus’ Windows 10 migration project. ● Implementing campus’ virtualization infrastructure. This eliminated the need for many physical servers.● Serving as the main point-of-contact for all IT-related issues and IT projects at the Santa Fe campus. ● Directing planning efforts for a $500K internal network upgrade. ● Advising on technology acquisition based on emerging technologies.
