I also have an investment portfolio of 7 rental homes I own and manage in the Dallas area and have invested passively in several commercial real estate investments through a private equity firm that looks for opportunities generating returns of 20%+ annually. I am using my real estate business as a way to invest in appreciating assets for the long-term than can produce a good cash flow. I am also open to meeting and partnering with other like minded real estate investors.I am also a business consultant with proven skills in business and market analysis, Visio process design, requirements gathering and operations improvements. Equally familiar with business building and entrepreneurial environments and can operate in all, deploying skills learned in each. I have worked in the past with Accenture, Amdocs, Gartner Consulting, Matrix Resources / RBA Consulting and most recently, as a consultant with TrueBridge / North Highland, staffed at Haggar Clothing Co.
