Jeff Drazan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Princeton University and a Master’s in Business Administration from the New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business. Over the course of his successful career, Jeff Drazan has worked as Director at a number of companies. The list includes StrataCom, Inc., which was acquired by Cisco; Micromuse Inc., acquired by IBM, Quinta, acquired by Seagate; Centex Telemanagement, Inc.; and Digital Generation Systems, among others. Most recently, Jeff Drazan co-founded and served as Managing Director at Sierra Ventures in Silicon Valley. During the time he worked at the venture capital firm, he oversaw the management of $1.5 billion. At his current position as Managing Partner, Jeff Drazan is responsible for the overall operation of business services, technology investments, and manufacturing and operations. In conjunction with the rest of the team at Bertram Capital Management LLC, Jeff Drazan is committed to giving lower middle market companies the support they need to reach their greatest potential. Although this support naturally comes in the form of capital, it also comes in the form of strategic and operational resources, leading to stronger, better businesses. Along with his responsibilities at Bertram Capital Management, Jeff Drazan serves on the board of directors of private and public companies. He has served in this capacity at Valere Power (currently Eltek Valere), American Fiber Systems (currently Zayo Group, LLC), Theravance, Inc., AuthorHouse and Element Labs.
