The Property Maintenance Division of Infinity Property Care contains four main areas. I am primarily responsible for management, promotion and development of the whole division.The first area of property maintenance is snow removal. We maintain a fleet and personnel to efficiently and consistently clear snow from every size property in the area. This includes very large parking lots, condominium complexes, small businesses and residential properties.The second area involves lawn and garden maintenance. This includes all needed services for lawn, flower beds, and gravel areas (cut, aeration, power rake, leaf and garbage clean up, fertilization)The third area involves plant health and tree care. We have certified arborists and herbicide and pesticide applicators trained to ensure the health and longevity of the plants on the properties we service. The fourth area involves parking lot maintenance. We provide line painting and striping, crack filling and seal coating to provide longevity to exhausting asphalt parking lots. Patches and major repairs are taken care of by Infinity's paving division.

I work in partnership with various government, not-for-profit, and businesses to help those who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, or recently housed with the goal of helping them stabilize and re-enter the work force. As the coordinator I am responsible for managing the budget, acquiring new workers and contracts, organizing work crews, maintaining equipment, help with job search, developing new partnerships to continue to build the program, investigate new industry opportunities, and promote and build awareness of the program.

Promote and facilitate unity among the Body of Christ in Lethbridge and Southern Alberta. Create action teams to accomplish events and initiatives in the area. Fundraise for events and functions to enable larger events to be possible. Facilitate like minded ministries, churches, and businesses to work in unity for a common purpose. Provide support and encouragement for all in ministry whether in the marketplace or in the churches. Work closely with church leaders as well as Christian leaders in the business world.

As part of the pastoral team at King of Kings I occasionally preach and teach. I also provide oversight to our small group ministries and missions works.

As pastor of Adult ministries my responsibilities included: Oversight of small group ministries, Teaching life development courses, Oversight of Men's ministry, Oversight of Women's ministry, Oversight of Stephen Ministries, and Pastoral care for members from 25-55.

Wellspring Christian Fellowship was a church built on the Cell church structure. Therefore my responsibilities included: oversight of staff (secretary, children's pastor, youth pastor, and associate pastor in team atmosphere), Mentoring and developing cell group leaders and zone coaches to oversee these small groups, regular preaching and teaching, pastoral care, vision and direction giving, work with leadership board, involvement in city ministerial, promote evangelism.
