CurrentPrimary responsibility is to build the revenue model for the organization around the strategic mission to increase revenue while driving the company up market. Current go to market strategy was developed from the ground up including infrastructure, team, technology stack, sales methodology, sales process, analytics, KPI's and sales operations. Company has grown by by 300% during that tenure. Cross functional responsibilities include working with departmental leaders to drive improvements and efficiencies across sales engineering, operations, marketing and customer success with a focus on customer experience. As the company has grown both in terms of revenue, size and client profile it has been critical to drive alignment across the organization at new levels. Implemented and support revenue infrastructure and technologies including SalesForce, SalesLoft, Hubspot, ZoomInfo and Docusign to align with operational systems to drive consistency and accuracy in reporting across the organization. Created data driven revenue tracking model to drive decision making across sales, marketing and operational elements of the company.
