As the corporate fleet manager I oversee 350 commercial vehicles, drivers, and related assets, including purchasing and selling vehicles, their operations, conditions, external and internal policy compliance, and overall performance. Our focus is to ensure that our vehicles and drivers are being utilized to their fullest potential in a safe and cost-effective manner.As the corporate safety manager I manage the appropriate safety and health, accident prevention, and investigation processes for 19 branch offices. This includes coordinating with Learning and Development to prepare and assist in internal training for employees. In addition, managing risk assessment for property, equipment and buildings through regular inspections of our equipment and branch offices. Our focus is to ensure a safe and healthful conditions for our employees, customers and business partners. Operationally, both roles and their individually responsibilities interact closely with the staff in human resources, operations, and finance.
