In 6-months, established all business policy and processes, accounting and finance procedures, established IT platforms and opened two additional business office locations. Chief of Operations for a two-star Military Police Command. Responsible for the manning, equipping, and training of a Military Police unit for combat and domestic relief operations. As the primary trainer of a 2000-Soldier national level domestic operations unit that successfully prepared and conducted a national level emergency management exercise with civil response partners.

Primary coordination manager of Michigan National Guard support to civil authorities during disaster response efforts in Michigan. Coordinate with Federal, State and Local emergency management agencies to provide pre-event planning and post event consequence management operations. Developed policy to provide military support to civil authorities. As the Michigan National Guards primary emergency management coordinator, assisted the Michigan State Police Emergency Management Division with the 2007 Sleeper Lake Fires, 2009 H1N1 Pandemic Influenza and the 2011 Battle Creek Straight Line Wind emergencies.
