Prior to New Day he managed overall operations and underwriting relationships with program managers as President of XL Programs. At XL, he served as Executive Vice President of Strategic Services for XL Environmental. In that role he maximized use of company's strategic resources, including Human Resources, Quality and Organizational Effectiveness, Information Services, Marketing and Communications, and Government Affairs.Prior to ECS, he was Vice President and managed North American operations for Property and Inland Marine for American Home Assurance Company, New York, and a division of AIG.Supporting the vision Jeff has established at RT New Day, he works with the management team to successfully establish strategies and tactics and to deliver first class customer service by delivering optimal solutions to clients in a knowledgeable, professional and responsive manner. He works in tandem with the operations team and provides support to the consulting team. He works to ensure that all RT New Day team members reach their maximum potential and successfully satisfy the needs of all Insureds, Brokers, Employees and Insurance Carriers.He works with the senior management of the insurance carriers and our agents and brokers to develop long-standing and valued relationships, to ensure constant satisfaction with the products and services provided by RT New Day, and to emphasize RT New Day's philosophy of efficiency, effectiveness and economics.
