I started working in Sitel as a Customer Service Representative(CSR). It was my first job. My first acoount was retail-based. After a year, got promoted to being a Mentor. Unfortunately, the account closed. We've got transferred to a Technical account (Telecommunications). I, again, have to start as a CSR. With all efforts, hardwork and dedication to work, I was promoted to Escalations Team. With opportunities opened, I'm now promoted as a Coach.
