(1) Implement ADP's solutions to the client, following ADP guidelines, and in accordance with client expectations.(2) Apply industry and product knowledge to optimize system configurations and product upgrades.(3) Collaborate with various departments to load and convert required client data to ADP platforms.(4) Remain engaged with the client throughout implementation, until the client's successful run to ADP solutions.(5) Exchange routine information with members of the client project team, including priorities, timeliness and resolutions of issues as they arise.

(1) Aid technical support professionals understand complex client issues thru the UDAS workflow. (2) Ensure technical support professionals understand client goals and business processes.Engage in daily touch base with supervisors by checking the previous and current day/weekly performance of the team.(3) Assist team managers to formulate team focus, key messages of the day, and calibration updates. and take part in teach-back sessions for all tier 1 contacts.(4) Handle complex calls from tier 1 support to ensure all attributes were provided in resolving the client's concern in a timely manner.

(1) Plan, lead, organize, and coordinate the team performance to ensure customer's needs and expectations are delivered.(2) Coach Customer Service Associate to review performance, provide directions, and set goals while providing constant feedback as necessary.(3) Plan and forecast center goals, real-time monitoring, and call traffic management.Generate comprehensive reports on staffing, agent productivity, and other significant reports for the center. (4) Perform exceptional customer service at all time, handle call escalation, and providing resolutions.Participate in cient-related calibration session for immediate cascade of information.
